• Create unique event guestbooks with custom URLs
• Record, store, and manage audio messages from guests
• Automatically transcribe audio messages to text
• Access and download your audio content
• Share event links via QR codes

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of this service, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your event URLs
• Ensuring all uploaded content complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Obtaining proper consent from guests before recording their messages
• Not uploading harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Respecting intellectual property rights and privacy rights of others
• Using the service only for lawful purposes

4. Data Storage and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your data:

• Free Plan: Audio files and transcriptions are stored for 60 days from the date of creation
• Premium Plan: Audio files and transcriptions are stored for 1 year from the date of creation
• After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent
• Audio transcription is performed using automated systems
• You retain ownership of all content you upload to the service

5. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan includes:

• 45 minutes of total message storage
• 20 second limit per individual message
• Guestbook remains open for 3 days
• Automatic text transcription
• Email link access
• 60-day message retention
• System-generated URL

Premium Plan ($19.99/year) includes:

• 4 hours of total message storage
• 45 second limit per individual message
• Custom availability date selection
• Email link access
• Download combined audio file
• 1-year message retention
• Custom URL option

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to:

• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data of others without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime and reliable service:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• We may impose usage limits or restrictions as necessary

8. Content and Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups of our systems:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content
• We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption
• We recommend downloading and saving important audio files to your own storage

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures
• We are not liable for unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

10. Intellectual Property

The Audio Tracks Guestbook service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
